Experience the deepest and most therapeutic Sonosphere session including vibroacoustic therapy [VAT] & ambisonic sound bath. • This is a session for ONE PERSON • Sonosphere Deep Session is a 90 minute LIVE customized experience for deep relaxation that activates all of your body’s auditory processing pathways. An evolving series of deep vibratory waves stimulates your vagus nerve and produces greater activity in the parasympathetic nervous system. Sustaining this state of entrainment using amplitude, timing, and phase shifting, our custom tuning sets the body into a state where healing and true rest can occur, improving circulation, lymph and digestive system movement and more nerve connections. Somatic release is common during this type of session. This session session features a 2-layered sound bath: 1.) A custom-tuned resonance massage, using our circular, haptic-powered platform bed. 2.) A custom mixed sound journey using our close-range spherical (ambisonic) surround sound • Please arrive for your session 15 MINUTES EARLY! • Upon booking your session, you will receive an email with a link to SIGN our waiver form and fill out our client questionnaire. Please complete these before your arrival. Thank you. • Please wear comfortable loose clothing like leggings or loose pants/joggers. You will be asked to remove your shoes on the Sonosphere- socks or bare feet are welcome. Please avoid bringing jewelry, keys, belt buckles, or other metal objects onto the Sonosphere. • After the session ends you will have 5 minutes to lie in silence, or take your time getting down while your awareness returns to normal. Our next session begins 15 minutes after yours ends, so please be aware of that. TIME CONSIDERATIONS: Time spent on the Sonosphere goes quickly. Please come 15 min. early to your appointment, in order sign our waiver, get comfortable on the Sonosphere and use the rest room. We want to ensure you get the maximum time out of your session. If you are late, that will cut into your time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours from your scheduled appointment. When your session ends, there is a 30 minute buffer time before the next session. please be mindful of this so that we can sanitize and prepare for our next client. WARNING: Alcohol and the Sonosphere do not mix. Even if you are not actively drinking, the Sonosphere can cause an upset stomach in people who suffer from alcohol abuse.
